Wow. This is just one of those images that jumps out of the screen at you. The eyes are intense and the overall contrast, colors and composition are excellently performed. Even the overall clean/crisp feel of the piece is artfully contrasted by the chaotic - yet natural - hair. The vivid abundance of blue is perfectly balanced by the pink of the lips, and the slight hint of purple around the eyes; a touch that really brings them to bear without appearing "overdone".

And, let's be honest, this kind of glam shot has been done before, but to pull it off so well and so stunningly takes quite a bit of skill and talent. The tattoo on her side, the intriguingly raised brow and the bow at the top really come together and complete this work in an impressive and inspiring way.

I love the colors in this piece. The blues & greens and the reds & violets contrast wonderfully with the otherwise barren image.

I would have liked to see some more space at the top of the piece, however. Some negative space between the top of her head and the border would have added a bit, and made it pop more.

I also feel as though the background is too similar to her skin both in hue and in shade. Had it been either lighter or darker, it would have much more of an impact.

Overall, it's a great shot. Both your lighting and your choice of models was superb.
